Partner terms
These terms apply to every shop or business ("you") in the VisaVisa partner programme. By applying, you accept them on behalf of your business.
1. Your role
- You are an independent business, not an employee, agent with authority, or representative of VisaVisa or of any government, embassy or visa centre.
- You introduce customers to VisaVisa and, when a customer asks for help, assist them in filling in details and uploading documents in the VisaVisa app.
- VisaVisa provides the visa service. VisaVisa is responsible for preparing and filing applications with the customer's approval.
- You must not give visa advice of your own, promise outcomes, or describe yourself as a visa consultant on VisaVisa's behalf.
2. Customers' consent and ownership
- Every customer has their own VisaVisa account on their own email. You start an application for a customer only when they are present and give you the one-time code sent to them.
- The customer approves and pays for the application from their own account. You must never approve, pay or use a customer's login on their behalf.
- A customer can remove your access at any time. When they do, you must stop helping with that application.
3. Protecting customers' documents
Customers' passports, bank statements and other documents are personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. When you handle them for VisaVisa, you act only on VisaVisa's instructions and you must:
- scan or photograph documents only to upload them into the VisaVisa app, and delete any copy from your device, computer or scanner immediately after upload;
- never print, keep, share, sell or reuse customers' documents or details for any other purpose;
- keep your VisaVisa login private and your device locked, and tell us within 24 hours at the contact below if you suspect any misuse or loss of customer data;
- allow VisaVisa to check that you follow these rules.
4. Conduct
You must never:
- create, edit, or suggest fake, altered or borrowed documents, bookings, letters or bank entries;
- promise or guarantee a visa, an appointment date or a decision time;
- charge a customer for VisaVisa's service or ask for any payment towards the visa beyond your normal, clearly displayed rates for printing, photocopying or scanning;
- pay or offer anything to any official;
- use VisaVisa's name or logo except on the materials we provide.
Breaking these rules ends your partnership immediately, cancels unpaid commission on affected applications, and may be reported to the authorities.
5. Commission
- You earn commission for each application linked to you, per traveller: US B1/B2 ₹750, UK Standard Visitor ₹600, Schengen ₹500.
- Commission is earned when the customer has paid VisaVisa's service fee and the application has been submitted. It is not earned on applications that are refunded, withdrawn or found to involve misconduct.
- An application is linked to you when you start it in the shop, or when the customer starts it through your partner link or QR code within 30 days of opening it.
- There is no joining fee and no target. You earn only on applications you bring, never on recruiting other partners.
- We may change rates for future applications with 30 days' notice by email.
6. Payouts and tax
- We pay earned commission monthly to the UPI ID or bank account you register, in your business's name.
- Tax is deducted at source where the Income-tax Act requires, and shown on your statement. You are responsible for your own income tax and, where applicable, GST registration and invoicing.
- You must give us a valid PAN, and tell us if your details change.
7. Ending the partnership
Either side can end the partnership at any time by email. Earned commission on applications already submitted is paid in the next payout cycle, unless section 4 applies.
8. General
These terms are governed by the laws of India. VisaVisa's liability to you is limited to unpaid earned commission. Questions: hello@visavisa.in.
