Who we are
VisaVisa is an independent visa assistance service operated by Four Cents. We are not an embassy, consulate, government body or authorised visa application centre, and we are not affiliated with VFS Global, BLS International or any official provider.
What we do
We help you understand requirements, organise and check your documents, prepare application forms for your review, and plan your appointment. Our free tools give general information, not legal advice.
What we cannot do
- We cannot guarantee a visa, a decision date or an appointment. Decisions are made only by the authorities.
- We do not book appointments with automated tools or resell appointment slots.
- We do not create, alter or supply false documents, dummy bookings or misleading information. We will stop working with anyone who asks us to.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure. You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time.
Your responsibilities
You must give us true, complete and current information. Official application forms ask you to confirm that your information is correct, so you must review your application before it is submitted. Giving false information to immigration authorities can lead to refusal and long-term bans.
Fees
Our service fees are published on our pricing page and include GST. Government fees and visa centre charges are separate, paid at cost, and set by the authorities and their providers.
Refunds
Refunds follow our refund policy.
Liability
We take care in our work, but because the outcome of an application depends on the authorities, our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee you paid us for that application, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
