Do you book visa appointments with bots?

Are government fees included in your price?
No. Government visa fees and visa centre charges are paid at cost and shown separately. Our service fee is fixed and includes 18% GST.
Who submits the application?
You do, or you authorise it after reviewing everything. Official forms ask the applicant to confirm the information is true, so you always see and approve your application before it is submitted.
What happens to my documents?
Documents are stored encrypted and used only for your application. We delete them after your decision on a published schedule, unless you ask us to keep them in your vault.
