Visa centre service charge

Each country chooses an external provider in India. The provider charges a service fee, which EU rules cap and which is listed on the provider's website for that country. Optional extras such as premium lounges, SMS updates, courier return and form filling help are not required.

Refunds

Neither the visa fee nor the service charge is refunded if your visa is refused. In 2024, Indians lost an estimated ₹136 crore[source] on refused applications.
